Ordered a bottle to be sent to a friend in another state. I gave the wrong address but The Bottle Haus worked with me every step of the way! After correcting the address, the transport company lost the shipment. Again, the Bottle Haus stepped in to save the day! Every issue, none of which was their mistake, they immediately stepped in to fix it! Every update was so cheerfully written that it made the whole experience rather funny with a great outcome.
